So with Christmas just around the corner, those little darlings that you call your kids are probably beginning to nag you about this latest toy or that trendy gift. If you haven't already succumbed to the nagging, you may be on the lookout for a Christmas gift that will get them off your back. Here's one that might just do the trick - it's the Zhu Zhu Pets Hamster Funhouse.
What ? You haven't got the slightest idea what a Zhu Zhu Pets Hamster Funhouse is ? Where have you been for the last 12 months ? The Zhu Zhu pets are on the wish list of just about every kid aged 3 and up.
They even make the list of a few adults too (but they'd be loathed to openly admit to it).
Let's start from the beginning. It all started with Mr Squiggles, Chunk, Num Nums and Pipsqueek. These are the names of the Zhu Zhu Pets Hamsters. They are robotic hamsters. The manufacturers claim that they make all sorts of different noises and exhibit different behavior based on their surroundings. So if you cuddle Num Nums or stroke her fur she will coo and make nurturing sounds.
Kids seem to love them and to be fair they are kind of amusing.
They will scurry around the house or sleep on the floor making "hamster sleeping noises". You can even wrap them in their own Hamster blanket if they get cold at night. And this is all well and good, but like any self respecting real life rodent, these guys really need a place to call their own. Et voila, the hamster funhouse.
The hamster funhouse is the base unit for building a home or habitat for your Zhu Zhu Pets. In a nutshell, it's 2 dinner plate sized enclosures that connect to each other via tunnels.
Each enclosure or room serves a purpose, zhu zhu pets where to buy, . So there is a bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen and studio. On the floor of the funhouse rooms are tracks that you can place your Hamsters on. This means the hamsters can scoot around the funhouse, making funny sounds and doing things (just like a real hamster). They won't make a roast dinner (nut roast presumably) in the kitchen but they will do little actions and make unique, zhu zhu pets where to buy, sounds based on where they are and the different personalities of each hamster. The kids will be fascinated to watch them do their thing.
This is the base unit for developing your Hamster's home, it can be configured however you like it and there are plenty of openings where other accessories can be added to turn the funhouse into a hamster mansion.
